These seats can be reserved by calling our box office on +31 (0)20 624 23 11 or by email. Due to safety regulations, mobility scooters are not permitted. A manual wheelchair is available for use to reach the auditoriums. For those with limited mobility: please note that the walking distance from the lift to the Rabozaal is relatively long.

Provisions for people who are deaf or hard of hearing

Present, available or allowed

  • Hearing loop (t-coil or headphones)
  • Open captioning

Additional explanation

Foreign-language performances are surtitled in Dutch. These Dutch surtitles are visible from all seats in the auditorium. On Thursdays, we also offer English surtitles for ITA Ensemble performances. Please note that these English surtitles are not visible from every seat. In the Rabozaal, surtitles are readable from row 9 upwards. In the Main Auditorium (Grote Zaal), they are visible from row 9 and higher in the centre stalls, and from the centre of the 1st and 2nd balconies. During the booking process, it is clearly indicated whether a seat has a good view of the surtitles. We advise visitors who rely on surtitles to follow these recommendations so that both the stage and surtitles are visible at a glance.
