Confidential counsellor
ITA has appointed an external confidential counsellor. Employees can, if they wish, seek the advice of a confidential counsellor.
The confidential counsellor has been appointed for employees who are dealing with undesirable behaviour and who do not wish to deal with this on their own. The confidential counsellor listens and helps look for ways to resolve the situation. Information is kept strictly confidential.

The confidential counsellor is independent and not employed by the ITA and is certified by the Dutch Association of Counsellors.
