Eline Arbo wins Olivier Award for Best Director
Last night, the prestigious Olivier Awards were presented in the Royal Albert Hall. Our ITA remakes were firmly in the spotlight: both The Years (directed by Eline Arbo) and Oedipus (directed by Robert Icke) received no fewer than nine nominations each, making them strong contenders across a wide range of categories.
We are proud to share that Artistic Director Eline Arbo won the award for Best Director for The Years. Romola Garai was also honoured, receiving the award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for her performance in the same production.
In addition, Oedipus was awarded Best Revival, while Lesley Manville was named Best Actress for her powerful performance in the production.
