Bad Nature
Through dance, we explore how universal human concepts and stories shape our lives and perspectives, offering insight into our collective narrative. The project fosters intercultural exchange and enriches dance vocabularies, with past collaborations involving artists from Mauritania, India, Senegal, and Morocco.
Club Guy & Roni continue this exploration in collaboration with the Australasian Dance Collective and musical partner HIIIT.
The bond between humans and nature has always been fundamental, yet modern societies often seem to have lost this connection.

While we seek comfort in nature—by hiking, watching the ocean, or simply being outdoors—we can also become frustrated by its small inconveniences. This disconnection has led to a diminished understanding of our reliance on nature for survival and well-being.
The Human Odyssey highlights diverse cultural approaches to this universal theme, creating a dialogue that broadens cultural perspectives and artistic depth. How have environmental changes in Australia shaped the relationship with nature? Can technological advancements help foster a more harmonious coexistence with the natural world?
