RESONANCE
Jiří Kylián's Mémoires d'Oubliettes (2009) was his last work for NDT and remains a mesmerizing experience. The work, with nostalgic sounds and whispers, explores memory, what we forget and how time changes our reality.
Crystal Pite's The Statement (2016) is an exciting and satirical work about power and persuasion. The dancers, trapped in their own rightness, struggle for power in an oppressive boardroom setting. With sharp movements and facial expressions, The Statement reveals what goes on behind closed doors in the world of those in power.

Marco Goecke's Woke up Blind (2016) touches deeply through the emotional movements of the dancers and the music of Jeff Buckley. The dancers wander through an acoustic world full of tension and vulnerability, while Buckley's guitar riffs follow the speed of an elevated heartbeat. It is a timeless work that reveals the core of our emotions.
