At the invitation of the Théâtre de la Ville and the Théâtre du Châtelet, performance collective (LA)HORDE presents a show featuring the work of four different choreographers: Lucinda Childs, Tânia Carvalho, Lasseindra Ninja and Oona Doherty. With their differing, but complementary styles, they each embody their own iconic, inclusive, and engaged choreography.

An encounter between two different views on dance. On the one hand, there are Oona Doherty – the prodigy of Belfast’s realistic, urban and energetic dance – and Lasseindra Ninja, the queer icon of Voguing dance in France. On the other hand, we have the thoroughness and clarity of Lucinda Childs and Tânia Carvalho. New York choreographer Childs recreates a piece from 2009 for the Ballet national de Marseille: Tempo Vicino.
