We travel along the contours of a new world order—one where U.S. hegemony has faded, and the resulting vacuum is being filled by China and Russia. Where democracies are giving way to autocracies. Where smaller nations like Taiwan and Ukraine are under threat. And where Europe must find a new path forward.
