Shows
The Bookshop in ITA is transforming into a vibrant meeting place with the special exhibition Pride Art Expo: PEEKABOO. Let yourself be guided through a carefully curated selection of artworks that bring the diversity, strength and beauty of the LGBTQIA+ community to life. The exhibition, curated by multidisciplinary artist Zjef van Bezouw, offers a unique preview of the many art exhibitions on display across the city during Pride.
On 25 July, we’ll kick things off in style from 6 pm to 10 pm. Over the following two weeks, you’re welcome to visit the Bookshop for various Quickies: 30-minute live performances by young artists. You can also catch Wachten op Marsha, a performance by Raymi Sambo Maakt about the beginning of a global struggle for equal rights and visibility.

Pride Art Expo: PEEKABOO
At a time when division is increasingly prevalent, love is the force that connects, strengthens and propels us forward. Unity is at the heart of Pride Amsterdam.
This idea forms the basis for the Pride Art Expo: PEEKABOO, on display at The Bookshop in ITA.
