Pride
In 2024, Pride Amsterdam will be all about connection with the theme TOGETHER. In a polarising society, the lhbtiqa+ community regularly ends up unintentionally opposing each other, instead of side by side. Especially at a time when rainbow identities are under more pressure internationally and people are losing freedoms, it is important that everyone knows how to find each other again.
During Pride, ITA also opens its doors: with Hot Queer Shit for Hot Queer Beings, a sneak peek of what Amsterdam has to offer in terms of art exhibitions and a banging party in the Brasserie.

Pride Art Expo: PEEKABO
Step into a world of colour, love and creativity during Pride Amsterdam! The Bookshop at ITA transforms into an inspiring meeting place with the special exhibition Pride Art Expo: PEEKABOO. Be surprised by a carefully curated selection of artworks that celebrate the diversity, strength and beauty of the LGBTQI+ community. Curated by multidisciplinary artist Zjef van Bezouw, these works are representative of the various art exhibitions taking place throughout the city during Pride.

Safe Space (with Dress and Dance)
ITA wants everyone to feel safe. And especially during Pride. Not everyone feels safe travelling to Amsterdam in their ultimate Pride outfit. That is why ITA, in collaboration with Dress and Dance, will open its doors on Saturday 3 August so that visitors to the Canal Parade have a safe place to change clothes.
ITA's Safe Space will be open on Saturday 3 August from 10:00 - 15:00.
