Regulation undesirable behaviour
Internationaal Theater Amsterdam (ITA) is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment where we treat each other with respect and where everyone who works for ITA feels safe and is able to develop their talents. I
ITA finds every form of sexual harassment, bullying, aggression, stalking, violence or discrimination unacceptable. The purpose of the regulation 'undesirable behaviour' is to take action against undesirable behaviour by discouraging and preventing it and - if it does occur - to acknowledge it and deal with it.

By means of this regulation, we, as an organisation, pursue an active policy aimed at curbing undesirable behaviour in the workplace.
