On Friday 12 March, the outgoing Minister of Culture, Van Engelshoven, will unveil a new painting in ITA's portrait gallery. The unveiling is the core of a programme in which The Need for Legacy community reflects on the rich multi-coloured history of the Dutch performing arts.
