Philosopher Lammert Kamphuis grew up in a world of 'us' and 'them', truth and lie, white and black. To his surprise, he sees that society is becoming more and more like the fundamentalist church from which he freed himself. In Addicted to our own right, Lammert makes it clear why humans naturally become so easily stuck in their own right. And above all: how 2,500 years of philosophy history can free us from that.-|-
Using practical tips and exercises, he shows how we can train our minds to become more flexible. Society as a whole, but also organizations and relationships, are crying out for this skill. Long live perspectivist agility!
