We, the Shameless gives us a different take on a solo. Two connected bodies have their shared "bodily memory", but also their dual identities. Without any shame, they share this discord with the audience.

We, the Shameless, is, in succession to the successful solo Shameless (2020, with Victor Callens), the onward perspective with the insights and experiences of the past. No recycled "repertoire trick" here, but the up-cycling of a shameless examination of previous findings.
Shameless, in this context, refers to an unbridled curiosity about that which is radically different. The two performers merge into one collective body only to disintegrate into two different shapes showing different sides of the same personality.

Amsterdam is a city of many faces, literally, because we live here together with many different nationalities. Lieve Stad, is about the city and all its inhabitants. This festival, a collaboration between ITA and Meervaart, is about bringing people together, in the city, in the theatre, in society.
