Captain Fantastic
A father lives with his children in the woods, far away from civilization. He teaches them everything they need to know about nature: which plants are edible, how to build a fire, and how to catch a rabbit. Their mother has not lived with them for some time. When they hear that she has passed away, they return to town in their van for her funeral.

The children find themselves in a world full of strange customs they don’t understand. They want to make friends and explore the world. But their father prefers to keep them safe—not only from the distractions of society, but also from their grandmother. She sees his way of parenting as abnormal and unhealthy. Determined to take the children away from him, she fights for custody.
