Een quickie met Or Sebastian en Drek Manor
During Pride, ITA is organising three different Quickies at The Bookshop. At each event, two queer artists will each present their own performance. The performances are separate from one another but will take place on the same evening.

About GAY PORN SUITE
Gay Porn Suite refers to the classical suite form, with its sequence of dances. At its core is Three Bromo Dances, in which fragments of text from porn films are set alongside quotations from queer self-help books. These clash like competing manifestos, drowning out the pornographic excerpts.
Musically indebted to composers such as David Lang and Caroline Shaw, but also to ABBA, this concert is a tribute to our queer ancestors. Their voices speak through our singing. In this way, the music becomes about more than porn: about desire, about fear and alienation, about community, and above all about the search for an identity not invented by others.
About Drek Manor
DREK MANOR moves at the intersection of theatre and nightlife. With an explosive mix of drag, performance and variety, they create a practice in which presence is everything. Boundaries between stage and audience begin to blur as the energy shifts constantly between seduction, disruption and celebration.
From polished drag queens to hunky kings and experimental creatures, DREK embraces messiness as queer radicality. Lipsyncs, bizarre acts and unforgettable appearances leave you with one feeling: hungry for more.
