Vincent Rietveld gaat voor de Louis d'Or
We are born. We live. We die. We slide or fight our way through the highs and lows. We swallow our setbacks and count our blessings. If we zoom in on the personal story, we find adventures, doubts, hard-won developments and a life course worth filming. But if we zoom out, everything turns out to be nothing more than a grey, polluting piece of overpopulation in a sea of insignificance. There's only one way to get out of this soup of mediocrity: to win prizes.

The performance was selected as one of the ten best of the year for the Flemish and Dutch Theatre Festival in 2019 and is, according to de Volkskrant, “a turning point in the theatre”.
