Felix Schellekens

Felix Schellekens (Breda, 1990) will join the ITA Ensemble in 2026.

He is an actor, singer, and performer. He graduated from the Mime Opleiding Amsterdam in 2015 and received the ITS Actor Award for his graduation performance. Since then, he has worked with various theater companies, including Nicole Beutler Projects, NITE, Theater Utrecht, Maas Theater and Dance, Toneelschuur Producties, and Orkater.

He performed in The End of Eddy, directed by Eline Arbo, for which he and his fellow actors were nominated for the Louis d'Or in 2021. He also appeared in 8: Metamorphosis by Nicole Beutler, a production that won the VSCD Mime Award, was nominated for the VSCD Zwaan, and won the international Music Theatre Now competition.

In the 2024/2025 season, under the wing of Nicole Beutler Projects, he created his first independent production, Vanishing Acts, which received critical acclaim. Additionally, he performed in Penthesilea and The End of Eddy at ITA and appeared in On Almost Every Page (Frascati Producties), NOW WE ARE EARTH (Nicole Beutler Projects/Opera Ballet Vlaanderen), and Treework (Landmarks/Oerol).

In season 24|25 he can be seen at ITA in the revival of The End of Eddy (directed by Eline Arbo) and in the revival of Penthesilea (directed by Eline Arbo).
