How do I buy tickets?

Tickets are easy to buy online, at the box office or by telephone. On the Ticket sales page you will find all the options together.

How do I use my ITA credit voucher?

Accepted Answer

You can use your credit voucher when ordering new tickets. At checkout, simply enter the voucher number and the code, and the credit will be automatically deducted. Is there an amount left over? That simply remains available for a future booking.

I have lost my tickets. What should I do?

No problem. Can’t find the tickets in your inbox? Then log in to your ITA account. You will always find all your tickets there in one place. Still no luck? Contact the box office and we will be happy to help.

What discounts are available?

There are various ways to get a discount on theatre tickets, for example with the student discount, a Stadspas, Sprint membership, CJP card or VriendenLoterij VIP CARD. See all discounts on the discounts and memberships page.

How can I see which seats are still available?

Accepted Answer

When you’re placing your order, you’ll see a seating plan. Seats with an open dot are still free, seats with a coloured dot are already taken. The colours also show which price category the seats are in. This makes it easy to choose the seat that suits you best.

Can I show my tickets on my phone?

Yes. You do not have to print your tickets. We can scan the tickets from your phone on the way in.

Do I need an ITA account to buy tickets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You’ll need an ITA account to book tickets. This means you’ll always have your tickets with you, and it is easier to use discounts, vouchers and other benefits.

I am a student. Do I get a discount?

Yes. As a student, you can attend lots of performances from € 17.50. You can book your tickets online or buy them at the box office. See the discounts and memberships page for more information.

I cannot log in to my account. What should I do?

First check whether you are using the right email address. Have you forgotten your password? Then request a new one through the login screen. Still stuck? Feel free to contact the box office.

Can I come with a group?

Certainly. We offer special options for groups of ten or more people. Are you visiting with a school class, a college or university group, or a student society? Then also take a look at our education programme.

Can I exchange my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Can't make it after all? In many cases we can exchange your tickets for another date or show. We charge € 5 per booking for rebooking.
