Advisory Board
Giving our corporate partnerships more depth
The Advisory Board consists of young professionals who work at ITA’s Corporate Partners. Members commit for one year and work together on a current organisational challenge facing ITA. Think of subjects such as digitalisation, organisational change or sustainability.
ITA’s executive board and management put forward practical questions, and the Advisory Board gets to work on them. They meet several times a year to brainstorm, among themselves and with various ITA colleagues. In this way we give our corporate partnerships extra depth.
This year the Advisory Board consists of young professionals from Rabobank, KPMG, Stibbe and &FLUENCE.
Learning in a different environment
Taking part in the Advisory Board offers more than just a look behind the scenes of a cultural organisation. Members get to know the complex social and organisational questions facing a cultural institution, broaden their perspective and develop their professional skills in an environment outside their daily working practice. At the same time they provide ITA with new insights, fresh ideas and the expertise of a new generation of professionals.
