Both the link to the Digital Theatre and your unique code are on your ticket:
- on your ticket you will find the red text "Klik hier en kijk / Click here and watch". This opens the Digital Theatre where you will watch the (live)stream.
- your ticket also shows your unique online code (DN with ten digits). Enter this unique code in the Digital Theatre.
Your ticket was already sent to you with the order confirmation and is in your mailbox (sender: boxoffice@ita.nl or bespreekbureau@ita.nl). You still have to download your ticket, of course.
If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam box before contacting boxoffice@ita.nl.
My unique code is invalid. What should I do?
Please double-check that you are entering your code (DN followed by 10 digits) correctly. If not, please email boxoffice@ita.nl.
All I can see is a standby page, is that possible?
From half an hour before the show starts, there is image and sound, but the (live)stream itself does not start until the show starts. This gives you enough time to check your language, sound and image settings.
When in doubt, refresh your browser's page so you are watching in real time. This can be done via F5 on the keyboard (Windows) or Command ⌘ + R (Mac). You can often also find an icon (round arrow) in the browser to refresh the page. Click the 'start video' button and then the play button to start the video. After refreshing your browser's page, you will be brought back to the stream in real time. The stream will continue from where the show is at that moment. Don't forget to turn on the player's sound.
What should I do if I don't hear any sound?
From half an hour before the show starts, there will be sound and images, but the (live)stream itself will not start until the show starts. This gives you enough time to check your language, sound and image settings.
If you cannot hear any sound, try playing something from another website and make sure your speakers/headphones are working properly.
Also, make sure you haven't muted the sound on Digital Theatre.
If the problem persists, a simple reboot of your computer/tablet can often solve the problem.
What should I do if I don't get a image or the image freezes?
From half an hour before the show starts, there will be image and sound, but the (live)stream itself will not start until the show starts. This gives you enough time to check your language, sound and image settings.
If you have no image, it is often enough to refresh your browser's page. This can be done via F5 on the keyboard (Windows) or Command ⌘ + R (Mac). Often, the browser also has an icon (round arrow) that can be used to refresh the page. Click the 'start video' button and then the play button to start the video. Don't forget to turn on the player's sound.
After refreshing your browser's page, you will be brought back to the stream in real time. The stream will continue from where the show currently is.
If the (live)stream is still not working properly, you can try the following options:
- Check your browser and whether it has been updated recently. Suitable browsers are Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
- Check whether your device's battery is sufficiently charged.
- Check your internet, data capabilities and video settings on your device.
If I refresh my screen for this (live)stream, do I have to log in again?
No. As long as you have entered your unique code and are logged in, you can refresh as many times as you like. If you get 'thrown out', just log back in with your unique online code (DN with ten digits).
Do I have to watch exactly at the start time or can I also start later?
Like any other performance in a venue, we stick to the start time. So if you are late, you may miss part of the performance.
