Each time he leaves again, each time he returns. But nowhere does he truly arrive. As if every crossing brings him closer to an answer that never appears. What is he really searching for?

In BLAUWZWART, Gershwin Bonevacia shows that coming home is not fixed to one place, but can begin with the courage to leave. That escaping can be a form of searching, and that letting go may be necessary to move forward.
The performance moves within a space of in-between: not here, not there, but somewhere in between. A raw, poetic search for identity, origin, and the desire to truly belong somewhere.
