MAAKweekend: Huis van Troje
ITA and De Schuur join forces in this short and inspiring MAAK-project. Our starting point is the play Huis van Troje, by Toneelschuur Producties directed by Mateusz Staniak.
During the weekend of Saturday 6 April and Sunday 7 April 2024, actors and dancers from Amsterdam and its surroundings will work together during an inspiring MAAKweekend, inspired by Huis van Troje. Led by a choreographer and a theatre maker from ITA Academy, participants will work towards a presentation for an audience in which dance and theatre merge.

TAKE PART IN THE MAAKWEEKEND
For the MAAKweekend, we are looking for enthusiastic participants who act, move and/or dance. During the weekend, under the guidance of a choreographer and a theatre maker from ITA Academy, we will work together towards an public presentation in which dance and theatre merge. Are you between 15 and 70 years old? Are you available on the weekend of 6 and 7 April? And would you like to spend a weekend creating with others from the world of theatre and dance?
Prior to the MAAK weekend, we will visit the performance Huis van Troje together on Friday 5 April.
