Wie ben je als je je herinneringen hebt verloren?
The research into the forms of memory loss and the phases in which memory loss manifests itself was the basis for the first performance, Blueprint on Memory. This performance literally sketches the blueprint of memory and the effects of the deterioration. The second performance, Zooming in on Loss, primarily focuses on the internal struggle and loss itself. And lastly, in Memory Loss both performances and their elements are merged and will culminate in a grand finale.
Memory Loss will be a total work of art in which different artistic disciplines come together and the focus will be on the successive phases of memory loss and the loss of personality. In an interactive setting part of the 15 performers consisting of dancers, musicians and amateurs, increasingly lose their own self. Text, movement, music and technology come together in a play with reality and illusion. Who are you when you have lost your memories?
