Suzanne Grotenhuis
Suzanne Grotenhuis played for Internationaal Theater Amsterdam in Phaedra and in Scenes from a marriage in Season 10|11, and she will be returning as Marianne in Scenes from a marriage in 13|14.
In 2004, Grotenhuis moved from Amsterdam to Antwerp in order to study at the Herman Teirlinck Instituut. Since she graduated in 2007, she has been alternating between Antwerp and Amsterdam in work and living. Among others, she performed in De Tijd, Het Paleis and Het Toneelhuis. In the past Season she performed her own monologue, 'het Zwarte Woud Forever', which was selected for CirquitX/ het Theaterfestival and was awarded the Roel Verniers award. She will soon appear in the performance Heimat, made by her, Freek Vielen and Rebekka de Wit, and in the performance Dorstig by the young company Hof van Eede.
